Nikkole Brown, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

I am Nikkole Brown, LMFT #120603, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience providing compassionate, ethical, and culturally responsive mental health care. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, East Bay, and a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of Phoenix.

I practice from a strength-based, client-centered framework, offering a supportive, affirming, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe to explore their challenges and reclaim their personal power. My work is grounded in a deep belief in the resiliency of the human spirit and each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and self-determination.

I integrate multiple evidence-based theoretical orientations into my clinical work, with primary emphasis on Humanistic-Existential Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This integrative approach enables me to support clients in understanding their lived experiences, reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and foster meaningful, sustainable change.

I have experience working with clients from diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds and enjoy supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions, relational challenges, and emotional stressors. As a clinical supervisor, I am committed to mentoring and developing ethical, competent clinicians while upholding the highest standards of professional practice.

I am an active member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and am dedicated to lifelong learning, professional excellence, and advocacy for accessible, affirming mental health services. I am honored to walk alongside clients as they take meaningful steps toward healing, clarity, and living in alignment with their fullest potential.
