Lacie Murphy, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I have focused experience supporting neurodivergent adults, highly sensitive people, and those who appear high-masking while feeling overwhelmed or disconnected internally.
My approach is trauma-informed, integrative, and client-centered. I draw from Internal Family Systems (parts work), CBT, art and mindfulness-based practices, with close attention to nervous system regulation and attachment patterns. Therapy is tailored to the individual, honoring each client’s pace, values, and lived experience.
I aim to create a space that is collaborative, honest, and supportive—where clients feel both validated and gently challenged. I believe healing comes from understanding oneself with compassion and developing greater resilience and self-trust.
Outside of counseling, I can be found in various art studios painting, drawing, and collaborating on creative projects that explore emotional expression, healing, and storytelling. I also find joy in being in nature and live music, which help ground and inspire my work.
