Francesca

Hi my name is Francesca and I am currently a fourth-year doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at California Northstate University, with over four years of experience working in the mental health field. I also hold a master’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and have a background in public health.

As a clinician, I believe that every individual has a unique “why” — the underlying motivations and experiences that shape how they see and interact with the world. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore these personal insights and challenges.

My clinical approach draws from psychodynamic theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate other evidence-based techniques as needed, tailoring my work to each client’s individual goals and needs.

I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel truly seen and heard. My goal is to walk alongside you on your journey, supporting you as you discover your purpose and move toward meaningful change.
