Adriana Fruechtl, M.A., Associate Clinical Social Worker

Life can get messy and overwhelming, but together, we can overcome those challenges. Facing life alone can be daunting, but I offer a safe space to those seeking an empathic place to heal or create self-awareness. If you are looking to move past harmful narratives, create healthy boundaries, or even learn what a boundary is, I am your girl.
I practice within a diverse framework of therapeutic approaches and theories to meet my clients where they are and to ensure they have the best experience while on their journey of healing and self-discovery. I have training in narrative therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). I also incorporate self-compassion and narrative therapy.
When we first meet, I like to explore why you are seeking therapy and the best ways we can work together to meet your personal goals. With ACT, we explore your values and how you can begin making life decisions congruent with your values and goals. During treatment, I’ll help you learn how to challenge harmful narratives and embrace self-compassion along the way.
I love helping others learn about their innermost parts and to help cultivate self-acceptance while making the necessary changes to living a full, rich, and satisfying life. I enjoy working with clients looking to incorporate grounding and mindfulness techniques and overcome anxiety, depression, and/or past traumas. I would love to hear from you and help you reach your personal goals or just dive deeper into self-awareness and acceptance. Hope to hear from you soon!
